A self made individual who started his career who started his career as a trainee in a hotel and rose to become  the CEO of two Facility Management companies.

 
My experience in management extends over 20 years as I have progressed from smaller-scale companies to my current role as C.E.O. of a ISO 14001 certified Administrative Services firm, managing facilities management services at multi-locations with about 3000 direct reporting staff, providing services across the country. During my last two stints as the CEO, I have successfully started up two Facility Management organisations from the scratch independently. I have established their office, formed teams, set-up budgets, introduced processes; lead the teams and grown business from zero to sizeable numbers. I have experience as an early hire at a start-up who remained with the company through to profitability, acquisition of new companies and portraying the company as one of the top services companies in the country. I am also responsible for starting the Facilities Management division for M/S Colliers International India Property Services Pvt Ltd. in India in the year 2004. I am conversant with the SEZ operations and have been a Key Account Manager for Thomson Reuters India, DELL Perot Systems, Goldman Sachs, Cognizant Technologies to name a few.
