The world’s youngest country has its wisest generation right next door.
MENTit connects students, first-time founders and young researchers in every town with retired professionals and entrepreneurs who want to give back. Privately, in their own language, an hour at a time.
What we believe
Young people ask honest questions when nobody knows who they are. Mentors see your goal and city first; your name is shared only after a mentor accepts.
Thirty years of lessons shouldn’t retire with you. Scientists, bankers, teachers, officers, doctors and founders give an hour a week to someone in a town they may never visit.
Talent is everywhere in India; guidance isn’t. Mentoring happens in Hindi, English, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi and more, on a phone, camera optional.
How it works
Say what you need. Set your goal. Before a mentor accepts, they see your goal and city, not your name.
Pick your mentor. Browse reviewed mentors who walked that road and send a request.
Meet as you are. Your mentor shares a video call link. Camera always optional.
Your name, only after a yes. A mentor sees your full name only after accepting your request.

We are opening to founding mentors, young minds and partner institutes first. Help shape how it works.
